A Note from Nicole and  Josh

I am not sure if you remember Joshua and I. We were the first mom and baby combo in WAIT House in 2004. But I just wanted to drop a line and say thank you.   

     Thank you for everything. Words can't explain all that you have done for me and how grateful I am to this day. I wasn't able to say a proper goodbye or a proper thank you at that time.

     I have no idea where I would be today if you and the WAIT House were not brought into my life. I will never forget the first day I met you and you showed me hope in the upstairs bedroom, where there was a crib and bed waiting for Joshua and I. I was at the end of my rope and on that day you reached down to me and helped me back up my rope.

     I will also never forget the day you brought me to meet your friend that had a child that was a lot like my Josh, she gave me encouragement and hope.

     I miss everyone from the WAIT house that was there with me. I felt like you all were my family and it was wonderful to have support and love, even though you guys barely knew me. We are doing great now and have talked to youth around here about our story. Thank you again for everything!
